International Tax Assistant Director – LA

*This is a hybrid role*

Who You Are: 

• CPA and/or Master’s in taxations is desired 
• 10+ years of accounting
• International Tax experience required 
• Experience with Corptax software is a plus
   
   

What You'll Do:

• Examine and analyze crucial global tax compliance matters associated with Federal Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 1118, 5713, 8990, & 8992.
• Review and oversee the creation of supporting documents for the earnings and profits pool, FTC pool, PTEP, and tax basis for all foreign subsidiaries.
• Support tax dispute resolution teams in addressing international aspects during audits for both federal and state tax matters. 
• Provide training, supervision, and guidance to the team in diverse compliance procedures, along with conducting technical analysis of US tax matters.

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $165,000 to $175,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
