International Tax Manager/Senior Manager:

What you’ll do:

  • Strong tax compliance skills with experience in preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals and various entities including partnerships, S corporations, and C corporations.
  • Proficiency in handling foreign reporting forms such as Forms 5471, 8865, 8858, 8938, 8621, and FBARs.
  • Knowledge in international tax rules applicable to corporations and individuals, including inbound and outbound tax planning, tax reporting for international operations, withholding tax rules, and FATCA.
  • Ability to conduct tax research, write technical memoranda, and apply tax rules to client scenarios.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree, CPA or JD required 
  • Minimum 5 years of tax experience
  • Public Accounting experience required 
  • Strong experience in federal tax compliance and international tax
  • Federal and State income tax preferred

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $145,000 to $180,000 per year DOE + 10% Bonus. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
