IS Business Analyst II (Hybrid/ San Diego)

What You’ll Do

• Own reporting and data solutions end-to-end, supporting both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data across multiple systems.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand needs, define solutions, and deliver efficient, scalable reporting.
• Take initiative in a fast-paced environment, handling ambiguous requests and turning them into actionable insights.

Who You Are

• Experienced with SQL and comfortable building, optimizing, and scaling queries for real-world business use cases.
• Confident working directly with stakeholders and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• A self-starter who can operate independently, think critically, and propose your own approach to problems.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $43.00 to $43.00 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
