Business Data Analyst (Hybrid – San Diego)

Ready to use your data analysis experience to dive into a growing industry? Our client in downtown San Diego is looking to add a business data analyst to their team to help with significant data workflows and authenticity.

Who You Are

• You must have at least 2 years of professional work experience as a data analyst.
• You have advanced experience with SQL and the ability to query tables, join tables, and use SQL for reporting and gain insights.
• Experience with data transformation tools to load data (Alteryx highly preferred but not required)
• You have experience working in an Agile environment
• Preferred experience with CRM data maintenance and quality testing.
• Must live in San Diego (Hybrid 3 days onsite)

What You’ll Do

• Use data transformation tools for data cleansing and transformation.
• Responsible for identifying data inconsistencies, escalating issues to the appropriate parties, advising on potential solutions, and ensuring that data inconsistencies are resolved.
• Review new fields on customer lists, gather requirements on any field logic, and translate requirements to the Development team via Jira tickets.

What does this position pay?

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $43/hr per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
