IS Business Analyst I (San Diego, CA)

What You’ll Do

• Load and maintain customer list data on a recurring cadence, using data transformation tools to cleanse and prepare it
• Identify and escalate data inconsistencies, recommend solutions, and follow issues through to resolution
• Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and translate them into clear Jira tickets for the development team
• Test new fields and CRM updates across DEV, UAT, and PROD, and maintain up-to-date documentation of data mappings and processes

What You’ll Need

• SQL and database knowledge, including querying, joining tables, and understanding schemas
• Experience with data transformation tools
• Experience gathering requirements and working with a development team
• QA testing and data quality experience
• Strong documentation skills
• Familiarity with agile methodology and Jira
• Experience working in an audited environment
• Ideally 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
• CRM experience strongly preferred

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $36.00 to $36.00 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
