IT Incident Manager
What you will do:

Run end-to-end incident management: monitor alerts, lead bridge calls, drive root cause, coordinate teams, and close out problem records.

Review past incidents to identify false escalations or missed early detections; train support teams on improved handling and escalation criteria.

Partner with app, infra, and leadership teams to refine alerting, escalation flows, and communication during high-impact events.
Who you are:

2–5 years hands-on incident management experience (triage, escalation, major-incident command) with ITIL processes and tools such as ServiceNow, PagerDuty/OpsGenie, Nagios/DataDog.

Strong ability to manage up and align with leadership; comfortable pushing back and driving correct incident-response decisions.

Self-starter with experience delivering technical incident-management presentations and guiding teams on proper escalation paths.

What does this position pay? Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $45-60/hr Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
