Junior Accountant

JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT – SAN DIEGO, CA

Our client, an award-winning national communications agency, is seeking a Junior Accountant to join their collaborative and fast-growing finance team. Who you are:

• 1+ years of accounting experience and eager to grow your skillset.
• Strong desire to learn, contribute, and remain with a company long-term.
• Culture-forward mindset with a collaborative, hard-working approach.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Ramp, or Concur is a plus.

What you’ll do:

• Handle day-to-day AP and AR transactions.
• Support transactional accounting activities across the department.
• Gain exposure to accounting operations, with opportunities to expand into reconciliations and broader responsibilities over time.
• Utilize expense and AP platforms such as Ramp, Concur, or similar tools.
• Partner closely with Accounting Managers and the VP of Finance to support ongoing financial operations.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
The expected range for this role is $50,000–$65,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
