Lead Accounting Systems Analyst

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Informations Systems, or similar field
• Tech/SaaS/Fintech background is beneficial 
• CPA license is highly beneficial 
• Big4 background is preferred
• 5+ years combined experience in accounting systems analysis, ERP support, or financial systems administration
• Experience with financial systems including NetSuite, FloQast, Zuora, Airbase, and Adaptive 
• Understanding of IT general controls and compliance within financial systems
• Strong project management and system implementation skills
• Excellent analytical and communication skills 

 
What You’ll Do:

• Automate and improve workflows across NetSuite, FloQast, Zuora, Airbase, and Adaptive
• Prepare month-end reports, dashboards, and variance analyses
• Support, troubleshoot, and enhance financial systems 
• Work with Finance, IT, and other teams to optimize processes
• Ensure accuracy through reconciliations and month-end close support
• Implement and assess internal controls (ITGCs) for security and accuracy
• Maintain system documentation and train users on best practices

What Does This Position Pay?

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location.
• The expected range for this role is $113k – $140k, annualized base compensation, with additional compensation components. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
