Lead Data Science (AI Focus)
**Must be located in Austin, TX**

What you'll do:

• Lead hands-on development of AI, ML, and Python-driven solutions, including ownership of the pricing engine migration and enhancement.

• Evaluate, implement, and guide decisions on AI agents—clearly communicating trade-offs, approaches, and results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Oversee onshore/offshore teams, collaborate with Blackstone and internal cloud/data groups, and ensure data cleanliness and pipeline readiness.

Who you are:

• Strong Python expertise with proven end-to-end delivery of AI/ML solutions (must show real project depth on resume).

• Experience working with AI agents and machine learning models, including model tuning, reasoning, and implementation decisions.

• Solid cloud/data ecosystem experience (Azure preferred; Databricks/Snowflake helpful) plus 5+ years in AI/Data Science and 7+ years in technology overall.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $60-80/hr. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
