Lead Planner (Production & Materials Planning) – Oakville, ON (Onsite), 80K-110K CAD

Who you are:
- 5+ years of experience in production planning, materials planning, or supply chain within biotech, medical device, or advanced manufacturing environments
- Proven expertise with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) and strong knowledge of MPS, MRP, and capacity planning
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams and leading planning initiatives in fast-paced or scaling operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
What you’ll do:
- Own and drive integrated production and materials planning aligned with demand forecasts and business objectives
- Lead master production scheduling and capacity planning across multiple product lines
- Partner with procurement, suppliers, engineering, and operations to manage risks, lead times, and supply continuity
- Establish and improve planning processes, KPIs, and ERP/MRP data integrity while mentoring junior planners

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education. Range is $80-110K CAD.
