Licensing and Contracts Officer – La Jolla, CA – 4 days onsite, $45–$65/hour

Who you are:

• 3+ years of experience in licensing, contracts, or technology transfer
• Ability to ramp quickly and operate in a fast-paced, professional legal environment
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive, “hustler” mindset

What you’ll do:

• Draft, review, and manage licensing and research-related agreements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support technology commercialization efforts
• Ensure compliance with policies and contractual obligations

What does this position pay? Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education. The expected range for this role is $45–$65 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
