What you’ll do:

• Overseeing and assessing clients activities and providing them with regular performance-related feedback.
• Strategizing and monitoring the daily activities of drivers and delivery of goods 
• Verify invoice information is accurate and complete
• Revise dispatch or report breakdowns or issues with routes
• Demonstrate solid troubleshooting skills when issues arise
• Respond to customer questions

Who you are:

• Two years of customer or logistics experience  
• Extremely strong attention to detail 
• Desire to build relationships with internal and external customers
• Passion to provide top quality customer service

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $16.30 to $22.00 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
