Maintenance Manager – Biotech Company

What You'll Do:

• Manage team of mechanics and electricians
• Schedules preventative and corrective maintenance activities according to plant needs
• Manage production schedule/downtime windows.
• Collaborates with the production department to improve uptime on manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Refines and expands existing preventative maintenance program, collaborating with vendors
• Develops trainings and SOPs to support maintenance team.  

Who you are:

• Seeking hands on Maintenance Manager with 5 + years direct management experience.
• Will manage a team of 6.
• Work experience in the plastics industry (specifically molding and extrusion) preferred. Will consider other relevant industries. 
• Knowledge of plumbing, piping, basic electrical, carpentry, and industrial maintenance.
• Good computer skills, ability to create spreadsheets in Excel, prepare emails and memos using Word and email, and conduct internet research.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication and presentation skills.

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $100k-$130k per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
