Manager, Customer Experience/Inside Sales

Manager, Customer Experience and Inside Sales (Remote: Must reside in CA or PA)
Focus on delivering an excellent customer experience (internally and externally), ensuring customer retention, and managing growth opportunities. This role will oversee the inside sales team and account manager(s) responsible for smaller revenue accounts. This person will provide leadership, direction, and solution-oriented thinking to link the customers with the internal operations teams.

What you will do

• Drive the inside sales and account management team to be customer and market application focused and eliminate all non-valued or redundant processes.
• Utilize strong interpersonal skills to develop effective business relationships with our global manufacturing sites and sales offices.
• Maintain KPI dashboards to ensure all metrics are met including issuing credits, order accuracy, quote turnaround, RMAs issues, PN approval.
• Analyze sales and marketing data to determine the most effective strategies to increase sales with assigned customers.

Who you are
 

• Bachelors degree and 3 years in sales management or equivalent education and experience
• 5 years minimum experience in manufacturing sales, medical manufacturing is a plus.
• Track record of coaching and motivating a high performing team.

What does this position pay?

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
