Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or similar field.
  • 3-5+ years of extensive operational audit experience 
  • Prior Corporate Development, M&A, or Valuations experience
  • Proficiency across various accounting areas, including revenue, accounting operations, payroll, equity administration and tax to identify potential M&A impacts
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

 
What you’ll do:

  • Manage and provide support in financial due diligence, balance sheet audits, intangible asset valuations, and finance back-office integration
  • Evaluate and understand deal terms, employment contracts, and other related agreements
  • Identify, research and document complex accounting issues 
  • Drive continuous improvements, and scalability across th M&A accounting and financial integration processes.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $130,000 to $150,000 per year plus bonus DOE. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
