Manager, SEC and Financial Reporting

SEC Financial Reporting Manager – Growing Biotech 
Our client, a growing & publicly traded biotech company is seeking a SEC Financial Reporting Manager to join the team. We're looking for someone who has a strong public accounting foundation and experience working for public companies, preferably in the biotech space.
 
Who You Are:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 4-9 years of overall accounting experience (including experience working for a large public accounting firm).
• Strong understanding of 10ks,10qs, and proxy statements 
• Well-versed in ASC 606.
• Familiarity with Sarbanes–Oxley Act (SOX) . 

What You’ll Do:

• Preparing quarterly and annual 10k and 10q 
• Footnotes and MD&A
• Work closely with external auditors
• Be part of ad hoc projects.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $115,000 to $130,000 annualized base compensation. There is a cash bonus and RSUs on top of the base salary. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
