What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Licensed CPA or exams passed required.
- 4-6 years of audit experience from a Big 4/Top 10 CPA firm. Experience with publicly traded biotech/pharma or related clients is essential.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the creation and filing of financial reports (10K, 10Q, 8K) to ensure compliance with SEC/US GAAP/IFRS regulations.
- Support and guide business unit leaders on technical accounting principles such as revenue, leases, equity, etc.
- Assist with external auditors to enhance internal controls related to SOX compliance.
- Collaborate on ad hoc accounting projects with various departments.

What does this position pay?
- Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
- The expected range for this role is $130,000 to $145,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
