Who you are:

• 2+ years of support experience at a Managed Service Provider
• Skilled with troubleshooting O365, Azure AD, servers, and networking issues
• Strong customer service skills, sense of urgency, and a proactive attitude 
• Live in LA/OC and willing to work onsite in Lake Forest 4 days/week

What You’ll Do:

• Provide remote and onsite support for a large client base
• Create new users, establish security permissions, reset passwords, and support servers
• Troubleshoot O365, Active Directory, Azure AD, computers, printers, and basic networking problems

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $65,000 to $70,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
