Who you are:

• 3+ years of NetSuite administration experience, preferably skilled in SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteScript, and Advanced PDF customization
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate across departments
• Experience supporting order-based, manufacturing, or project-based businesses preferred
• Curious, analytical, detail-oriented, and energized by solving complex data and system challenges

 
What you’ll do:

• Manage, configure, and maintain NetSuite ERP platform, including customizing modules
• Develop and maintain workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and KPIs 
• Manage and optimize system integrations between NetSuite and other business systems, like Salesforce, Avalara, and Cybersource
• Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to drive data integrity and reporting accuracy
• Document processes, provide user support, and contribute to continuous system enhancements

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $90,000 – $125,000. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
