The Director, NetSuite will lead NetSuite implementation projects for clients, drawing on deep NetSuite experience to guide process improvements and business transformation. What you will do:

• Lead NetSuite implementation projects from start to finish for clients across industries.
• Identify and drive process improvement opportunities within client NetSuite environments.
• Build advanced financial forecasting models and reporting using Excel.
• Coach and mentor team members throughout project engagements.
• Manage multiple projects and client relationships in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Who you are:

• 6 to 10 years of experience, ideally at the Director level or as a very experienced Manager.
• Extensive hands-on NetSuite experience is required, including implementation work.
• Background in industry, public accounting, or a Business Transformation group is welcome.
• Advanced Excel skills, including building financial forecasts and statements.
• Excellent communication skills and strong executive presence.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
• Aptitude and appetite for coaching and mentoring team members.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors, which may include skill set, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $120,000 to $175,000 per year, DOE. Please note this range is an estimate, and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
