What you’ll do:

  • Oversee Office Operations: Ensure smooth daily operations, manage supplies, liaise with building management, and maintain an efficient and organized work environment.
  • HR Support: Address employee issues, run payroll (with training provided on Insperity), communicate HR policies, and maintain a positive workplace culture.
  • Promote Team Efficiency: Foster collaboration within the back-office team, enforce process adherence, and drive productivity by ensuring timely task completion and communication.
  • Manage Client Billing: Handle client invoices, track payments, record expenses, and ensure accurate financial documentation.

What you will need:

  • Preferably 3+ years’ experience
  • Leadership skills and a proactive, results-driven approach
  • Microsoft Excel and Word experience required

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors, which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $50,000 to $55,000 per year plus bonus DOE. Please note this range is an estimate, and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
