Office Coordinator/Admin (In-Office, 5 Days per Week) – San Diego, CA 92121 – $20-28/hour – Direct Hire

Who you are:
- 2+ years of experience in office coordination, administrative support, or similar role
- Strong customer service mindset with a polished, professional presence
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong communication and problem-solving skills
What you’ll do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional office environment
- Manage day-to-day office operations including mail, supplies, badge access, and general administrative support
- Coordinate vendors, facilities maintenance, and office services to ensure smooth operations
- Plan and execute on-site events, catering, and employee experience initiatives
