Business Analytics Manager: Hybrid Schedule

This role blends FP&A thinking with modern data tools, turning sales and client asset data into clear stories for the executive team. What you’ll do:

• Track sales pipeline and show leadership where opportunities stand and what is slowing them down.
• Own the monthly analysis of client movement.
• Maintain and refine a recurring executive presentation.
• Pull data from the company’s warehouse using existing tools and AI assisted workflows to speed up reporting.
• Partner with sales and executive leaders to answer their questions with clear, actionable recommendations.
• Spot trends and outliers early and explain the “why” behind the numbers.

Who you are:

• 7+ years in FP&A, business analytics, or performance reporting.
• Confident presenting to C-suite audiences and tailoring the message to the room.
• Experience with reporting tools required.
• Thrives under deadlines and builds strong relationships across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $120,000 to $140,000 per year plus bonus DOE. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
