Production / Operations Manager | ~$120K Base + Bonus | Onsite, San Diego (Carmel Mountain / Poway)
Our client is looking for a Production / Operations Manager to lead day?to?day manufacturing operations across a multi?shift production environment. This role will oversee frontline leaders and drive operational performance, efficiency, and accountability on the production floor. Who You Are:

• 5–7+ years of manufacturing or operations leadership experience in a production environment
• 3+ years managing supervisors or frontline leaders in a multi?shift operation
• Experience working in machining, CNC, or similar industrial manufacturing settings
• Strong understanding of production metrics, continuous improvement, and operational KPIs
• Comfortable operating in regulated environments with exposure to quality or compliance standards

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily production operations across multiple shifts to ensure output, quality, and delivery targets are met
• Lead, coach, and hold supervisors accountable for performance, safety, and team engagement
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators related to efficiency, quality, and on?time delivery
• Partner with cross?functional teams to resolve production issues and support operational goals
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on throughput, process optimization, and workforce effectiveness
• Maintain a visible, hands?on presence on the production floor to support teams and reinforce accountability

The expected range for this role is approximately $120,000 base salary plus bonus.
