Operations Manager – Forrest City, AR – $120,000 base salary + Up to 20% Bonus

You’ll lead a tight-knit, blue-collar team in a high-responsibility role with full P&L ownership, real autonomy, and strong executive support. Industry background is flexible—what matters most is leadership credibility, problem-solving ability, and a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset.

Who you are:

• Proven operations leader with P&L ownership in manufacturing, plant, warehouse, or distribution environments
• Hands-on, floor-focused manager who builds trust through action and direct communication
• Comfortable leading blue-collar teams and handling challenging employee situations with maturity
• Experience using ERP/HRIS systems (NetSuite, ADP, or similar) in an operational setting
• Work authorization: No current or future sponsorship available

What you’ll do:

• Own day-to-day operations and full P&L performance for a single-site operation
• Lead production, warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, and asset management activities
• Partner closely with sales and business leadership to drive growth and profitability
• Improve operational processes, productivity, and accountability through hands-on leadership

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
The expected base salary for this role is $120,000 per year, plus a target bonus opportunity. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
