Organizational Change Anaylst 

Who you are:
1. 3+ years of experience in an Agile environment 
2. Proven experience in implementing change management strategies transitioning from Waterfall to Agile
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.

What you’ll do: 
1. Draft newsletters and facilitate office hours, ensuring effective verbal and written communication with change management analysts across platforms.
2. Conduct interviews with change management personnel to identify needs and organizational impacts, fostering smooth transitions to Agile methodologies.
3. Leverage strong PM skills to coordinate with diverse teams, monitor progress, and adapt strategies based on feedback and pulse checks.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $55.00to $75.00 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.

Location: Houston, TX in office 4x week
