Paralegal/Executive Assistant
We’re partnering with a prestigious law firm in Dallas, Texas to find a talented Paralegal / Executive Assistant. This role is critical to the smooth operation of a fast-paced legal team, combining responsibilities in case management and executive support for a senior partner. What you’ll do:

  •  Manage case files and track progress for ongoing commercial litigation matters, ensuring all client communication and case status updates are documented.
  • Provide executive assistant support to a senior partner, including managing emails, scheduling meetings, and setting priorities for various tasks.
  • Assist with trial preparation, including drafting legal documents, preparing trial exhibits, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain client files using Clio and NetDocument, ensuring all documentation is accessible and up to date.
  • Handle multiple priorities simultaneously, managing both paralegal and administrative responsibilities while ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Serve as the go-to person for managing the partner’s calendar and assisting with day-to-day operations of the office.

Who you are:

  • At least 8 years of experience in the legal field, with a minimum of 2 years in commercial litigation.
  • Paralegal certification preferred, but practical experience is highly valued.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, including advanced formatting, tracking changes, and document preparation.
  • Familiarity with legal software such as Clio and NetDocument is a plus.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients, colleagues, and external parties effectively.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors, including skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $80,000 – $100,000 per year. Please note that this is an estimate, and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
