Paralegal / Legal Assistant (Housing Rights Clinic) – Downtown San Diego, CA (Hybrid) – $30–$32/hour
Looking for a meaningful legal role where your work directly supports the community? This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, mission-driven legal clinic providing free housing-related legal services to low-income individuals facing eviction. You’ll work alongside experienced attorneys, law students, and recent bar graduates—without billable hours and in a supportive academic environment.

Who you are:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong verbal and written communication skills
• 2+ years of litigation experience as a paralegal or legal assistant (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and committed to providing excellent client service

What you’ll do:

• Provide bilingual administrative and litigation support for a Housing Rights Clinic, including client intake, document management, and case tracking
• Interpret and translate for Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings
• Support and help train law students and staff on clinic procedures and case management systems
