Who You Are:

• A seasoned IT Partner with expertise in SOX and SOC readiness, ideally from top advisory firms (ranked 7-100) who may be looking for new opportunities due to private equity (PE) buyouts and limited payout prospects.
• Capable of bringing a book of business worth $1M-$1.5M, with potential to recruit and lead a small team, ideally combining both SOX and SOC expertise.
• On an upward career trajectory, with a focus on transitioning to a firm where they can grow a practice and build a team, while navigating non-compete challenges and client relationships.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, manage, and grow a team focused on SOX 404 and SOC readiness from an internal advisory perspective, serving as an extension of internal audit.
• Provide IT audit preparation and business control services, specializing in SOX 404 compliance and business application controls.
• Oversee recurring annual audit preparation for public companies, managing large-scale projects ranging from 1,000 to 2,000 hours per year.
• Collaborate with leadership to expand the practice and capitalize on high-profile client opportunities while delivering ongoing advisory services.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $400,000 to $450,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
