Payroll Analyst

Payroll Analyst II (3-Month Contract) – Remote – $32–$39/hour
Looking for a fast-moving payroll role where you can make an immediate impact? This is a great opportunity to support a high-volume, multi-state payroll function while working fully remote with a collaborative finance team.
Who you are:

• 4+ years of payroll experience in a multi-state environment
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday (timecards, absences, Workday Help, off-cycle payments)
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, pivot tables)

What you’ll do:

• Support bi-weekly payroll processing for ~2,300 employees, including timecard audits and reconciliations
• Manage payroll inbox and Workday Help, responding to employee inquiries and resolving discrepancies
• Process off-cycle/manual payments and maintain accurate employee payroll records

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
The expected range for this role is $32–$39 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
