What You’ll Bring

• Extensive robotic surgery experience: deep at the intersection of both robotics AND surgery, not one or the other
• Executive-level leadership experience with the presence and credibility to represent a company externally with KOLs, clinicians, and key industry stakeholders
• A strong PMO / program management background, structured, process-driven, and strategic

What You’ll Do

• Lead and structure cross-functional programs across engineering, clinical, and commercial teams
• Engage peer opinion leaders, researchers, and strategic partners to advance the company’s mission
• Travel domestically to support partnerships, clinical relationships, and business development initiatives

What Does This Position Pay? Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $250K+. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.

This position requires full relocation to Houston, TX. Hybrid is not an option.
