This groundbreaking immunotherapy start up is looking to add a Principal MSAT Engineer to the Tech Ops team! Your experience with tech transfer and IND/BLA submissions will help you shine in this role.

What you will do:

• Oversee and optimize all manufacturing and tech transfer processes
• Perform all tech transfer activities to CDMO/CRO partners
• Develop and implement new products and technologies to improve manufacturing processes

Who you are:

• PhD with 5 years of MS/BS with over 12 years of experience with tech transfer/MSAT. 
• Experience with IND/BLA submissions
• Experience with taking products from R&D to early phase clinical trials. 
• Must be able to travel ~25%

What does this position pay?

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $150,000 to $200,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
