Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree required and Master's degree highly preferred
• 10-15+ years of relevant experience with a PBM
• Experience working within the trade relations department
• Strong financial/data analytics skills
• Proactive, go-getter, problem solver

 
What you will do:

• Manage the reporting of rebate performance across the company
• Create dashboards as it relates to trade operations
• Continuously improve and implement metrics for rebate vendor quality and performance
• Forecast rebates and track rebate performance

What does this position pay?

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location
• The expected range for this role is $150k – 175k annualized base compensation with additional compensation components. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
