Principal SOX Manager – Global Software Company!
 
We are working with a Fortune 500 software company, and they are looking to bring on a SOX Manager to their growing team!

Your strong background in audit combined with your interpersonal skills will help you to excel in this close-knit environment. 

*This role will be 2 days onsite in San Diego or Bay Area*
 
What You'll Do:

• Assist in the planning, scoping and execution of walkthroughs and testing primarily for business process controls
• Design and implement the annual SOX program schedule and key milestones
• Drive continuous improvement with Corporate Accounting, Business Unit teams and leaders for business process controls. 
• Report directly to the SOX Director.

 
Who You Are:

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 10+ years of extensive SOX experience
• Must bring strong audit experience with a public accounting background
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

What Does This Position Pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
 
The expected range for this role is $140-180K per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
