Account Executive/Business Developer – DFW – Hybrid
 
What You’ll Do:

  • Proactively pursuing new business opportunities and providing assistance to interested clients.
  • Engaging with decision-makers at organizations to establish and nurture professional relationships.
  • Delivering customized insurance quotes by evaluating clients' needs, calculating potential costs, and presenting tailored estimates based on property value, risk factors, and coverage requirements.

 
Who You Are:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development.
  • Seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong drive and readiness to excel in a performance-based environment.
  • This role offers significant earning potential, with compensation directly tied to results.
  • The ideal candidate will possess experience in the insurance industry and be comfortable with a 100% commission-based compensation structure.

What Does This Position Pay?

  • Compensation is determined by several factors, which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $80,000 – $120,000 per year. Please note this is 100% commission based, the commission structure is 40% take home THAT DAY!
