What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field preferred. CPA and/or CFA a plus.
  • 10-12 years of program finance experience working within defense, aerospace or related field.
  • Thrives in dealing with ambiguity and wants to drive process improvements.
  • Critical thinking skills to drive results with cross-functional leaders.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a small team.

 
What you’ll do:

  • Lead program finance team for over 50+ contracts.
  • Manage a small team while helping them grow in their career.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to help drive strategic and long-range planning.
  • Help with process improvements and efficiencies within reporting.

What does this position pay?

  • Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
  • The expected range for this role is $130,000 to $170,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
