Program Manager, Finance Systems & Transformation – Remote (Hybrid optional: San Diego, CA; Denver, CO; New York, NY; St. Louis, MO) –
Are you passionate about leading large-scale finance transformation initiatives in a high-growth environment? Join a rapidly expanding, multi-entity healthcare services organization where you’ll drive modernization across enterprise financial systems and play a key role in scaling operations.
Who you are:
- 5+ years of experience in program management, finance transformation, or enterprise systems implementation
- Hands-on experience with ERP and FP&A platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Pigment) and related finance systems
- Proven success leading cross-functional, multi-entity transformation initiatives in complex organizations
- Strong background in healthcare services or multi-location environments preferred
What you’ll do:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise finance transformation programs, including ERP optimization, reporting, and system integrations
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, and vendors to define requirements and deliver scalable, standardized solutions
- Drive change management efforts including training, communication, and adoption across 20+ entities
- Establish governance frameworks, track KPIs, and ensure alignment with strategic business objectives
