Program Manager – Financial Systems

Program Manager, Finance Systems & Transformation – Remote (Hybrid optional: San Diego, CA; Denver, CO; New York, NY; St. Louis, MO) –

Who you are:

• 5+ years of experience in program management, finance transformation, or enterprise systems implementation
• Hands-on experience with ERP and FP&A platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Pigment) and related finance systems
• Proven success leading cross-functional, multi-entity transformation initiatives in complex organizations
• Strong background in healthcare services or multi-location environments preferred

What you’ll do:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise finance transformation programs, including ERP optimization, reporting, and system integrations
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, and vendors to define requirements and deliver scalable, standardized solutions
• Drive change management efforts including training, communication, and adoption across 20+ entities
• Establish governance frameworks, track KPIs, and ensure alignment with strategic business objectives
