Project Coordinator III

Location: Escondido | Experience: 2–4 years | Contract | Hybrid (4 x onsite) 

We’re seeking a highly organized, adaptable Project Coordinator/Analyst III to support cross-department operations, monitor work orders, and ensure compliance across multiple functions. This is a fast-paced role where your attention to detail, communication skills, and analytical mindset will make a real impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Track, audit, and analyze work orders to ensure accuracy, completion, and compliance

• Coordinate projects, appointments, and schedules across multiple departments

• Learn and work with SAP and internal dispatch systems

• Respond to operational requests and customer follow-ups

What We’re Looking For:

• 4–6 years in coordination, dispatch, auditing, analysis, or project support

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Attention to detail and an analytical mindset

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly

• Team player willing to go above and beyond

• Experience with SAP or dispatch systems a plus

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $40.00 to $45.00 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
