Who you are:
 

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, business operations, management consulting, PMO, implementation, or a similar role supporting cross-functional initiatives.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with strong project-management fundamentals and the ability to manage multiple workstreams, identify missing details, and consistently follow through.
  • An effective communicator who can work within a complex, matrixed organization, drive accountability with senior stakeholders, and translate complex information into polished PowerPoint presentations and leadership communications.
  • Strong analytical and technology aptitude, including experience with Excel and project-management platforms; exposure to finance-related processes, shared services, systems implementations, or transformation initiatives is preferred.

 
What you’ll do:
 

  • Manage the portfolio cadence across centralized service initiatives, maintaining visibility into priorities, milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions.
  • Drive project execution by maintaining trackers and RAID logs, following up on commitments, identifying blockers, and creating project charters, status reports, timelines, and executive-ready communications.
  • Support major transformation initiatives, including payroll systems implementation and cross-functional projects spanning Finance Operations, business functions, and Data Engineering.
  • Help implement and drive adoption of an enterprise project-management platform, establishing consistent templates, governance, standards, reporting, and data-quality practices.

What does this position pay?
 
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
 
The expected total compensation for this role is $120,000-$132,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
