Property Accountant

Property Accountant – Up to $70K
We are seeking a motivated Property Accountant to join a growing commercial real estate investment company. This role will focus on managing the financial operations for multiple shopping centers, including processing AP/AR, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and performing bank reconciliations. What you'll do:

• Primarily responsible for month-end close procedures and maintain accurate financial records across multiple properties.
• Processing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Reviewing and preparing financial statements for different entities/locations
• Managing financial data received from third-party property management companies.

 
Who you are:

• 1-3 years of commercial real estate accounting experience (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with property management processes and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and highly motivated

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
 
The expected range for this role is $60,000 to $70,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
