Property Accounting Manager:

It reports directly to the leadership team that has been voted in the top 10 companies in Real Estate. 
 

What you’ll do:

  • Spearhead the month-end close for properties.
  • Supervise a growing team that currently includes 3-4 members.
  • Maintain the accounting database for properties.
  • Financial Reporting to the parent company and investor board. 
  • Oversee invoices and billing at the property level.

Who you are:

  • 4-8 years of experience in Property Accounting within real estate.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Multifamily or Commercial Real Estate experience required.
  • Supervisory experience – preferred.
  • Yardi – highly preferred.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $90,000 to $110,000 per year DOE. Please note this range is an estimate, and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
