Purchasing & Administration Manager
Join a leading manufacturing company as a Purchasing & Administration Manager to oversee procurement, manage vendor contracts, and ensure policy compliance. This role focuses on cost control, inventory management, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement, ensuring compliance, accurate records, and efficient workflows.
- Collaborate with teams to assess needs, monitor inventory, and forecast demand.
- Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain detailed records.
- Resolve vendor issues, lead negotiations, and enhance purchasing systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
- Proven experience in procurement or supplier management.
- Proficiency in Dynamic 365, Microsoft AX, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
