We’re seeking a Quote & Order Operations Lead to support quote-to-cash operations and partner closely with Sales and Customer Success. This role serves as a Salesforce and CPQ subject matter expert, ensuring accurate quote approvals, contract processing, and order management for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and submit orders in Salesforce with accuracy and compliance
• Support complex quotes, contracts, and enterprise customer deals
• Monitor dashboards and proactively resolve order issues
• Lead process improvements and system enhancement testing
• Serve as an escalation point for operational blockers

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in Business Operations, Deal Desk, or Order Operations
• Strong Salesforce and CPQ experience
• High attention to detail; comfortable in a fast paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree required
