Who you are:

  • 10-15+ years of revenue cycle leadership experience within healthcare services organizations
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in complex, multi-location, multi-entity environments
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise system implementations, workflow redesigns, and post-acquisition integrations
  • Deep expertise across the full revenue cycle, including billing, collections, denials management, and payer relations
  • Data-driven leader with experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting

What you'll do:

  • Act as a strategic advisor to the CFO and senior brand leadership on revenue cycle performance and improvement initiatives
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of Revenue Cycle Managers and Analysts
  • Drive revenue cycle integration efforts for newly acquired entities, ensuring scalability and standardization
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Technology, and M&A teams to support organizational growth

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education. The expected range for this role is $200,000–$280,000 per year.
