What you'll do: 
Work with various customers supporting their SAP ecosystems, identifying data, transforming it, masking it, and standing it up.  

The ideal candidate should possess a profound understanding of FICO modules, capable of discerning data disparities, and proficient in managing software version upgrades and transformations. Experience in General Ledger (GL) operations, particularly in transitioning from special GL to classic GL, is essential. Candidates with a blend of functional expertise and a track record of addressing technical debt in organizations undergoing transformation are highly sought after.

What you'll need:

1. Proficiency in SAP System Landscape Optimization (SLO) or Data Volume Management (DVM) practice is paramount, encompassing implementations, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance.
2. Extensive experience in SAP upgrades or business transformations, including M&A activities such as mergers or divestitures within the SAP ecosystem. While there are no specific tools mandated, familiarity with proprietary software is preferred. Notably, a select few companies specialize in this domain. Preferential consideration is given to candidates with exposure to SAP-to-SAP acquisitions, akin to Exxon's recent endeavor.
3. In-depth expertise in FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling), emphasizing a holistic understanding of both Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. This entails a profound grasp of business logic and configuration intricacies.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $150,000 to $200,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
