What you’ll do:

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, cold calling, pipeline management, and closing deals.
  • Focus on institutional and enterprise commercial real estate accounts.
  • Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline while also supporting select inbound opportunities.
  • Lead executive-level conversations and navigate complex, relationship-driven sales environments.
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Provide mentorship and share best practices with junior sales reps.
  • Collaborate closely with internal SDRs, marketing, product, and client success teams.
  • Travel to conferences and industry events as needed (~10-15%).

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in Real Estate or Financial Services, with a proven record of closing high-value, complex deals.
  • Proven success generating outbound pipeline and driving full-cycle deals.
  • Confidence in leading executive-level presentations and negotiations with senior stakeholders. 
  • Results-driven and motivated by ambitious targets, with a strong “hunter” mentality.
  • Collaborative team player who contributes to a positive, high-performance culture.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $90,000 base salary, $90,000 variable. Please note this range is flexible; it is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.  #LI-EM1
