Senior Accountant

Staff Accountant | $33-40/hr | North County, San Diego | Contract to Hire

One of San Diego's most established retail companies is looking for a well-versed Senior Accountant to join their lean accounting team. You'll be working closely with the Assistant Controller to prepare audit schedules, reconcile the balance sheet, prepare the cash flow statements, and complete other year-end accounting activities. If these sound like your strengths, then this is the job for you – apply now!

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or related field required
• 4+ year of GL accounting and financial reporting experience
• Recent experience with AS400 preferred 

What You'll Do:

• Prepare balance sheets, P/L statements, and other financial statements
• Assist with month end, general ledger, journal entries, and bank reconciliations
• Assist and maintain accurate and current cost accounting records

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $33 to $40 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
