Who You Are:

• 2-5 years of public accounting is preferred
• Some retail or real estate experience in public accounting or industry
• IT and excel knowledge preferred

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with complex transactions, including purchase price allocations, lease amendments, and reamortization of intangibles, while overseeing property accountants.
• Handle a mix of bookkeeping tasks for multiple entities, alongside more advanced financial work involving trusts, operating businesses, and investments.
• Work independently with minimal oversight, managing both routine bookkeeping and larger, high-impact projects.
• Perform data management tasks, such as exporting and importing files between software platforms.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $100,000 to $115,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
