What You’ll Do:

  • Month-End & Year-End Close: Assist in monthly and annual close activities, including posting journal entries, managing accruals, and reconciling balance sheet accounts to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
  • Audit Support: Collaborate with auditors by preparing requested documentation, PBC reports, and addressing inquiries to facilitate a smooth audit process.
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Analyze financial data, identify variances, and contribute insights that support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Cash & Expense Management: Monitor cash flows, prepare daily credit card reconciliations, handle corporate credit card administration, and maintain an organized approach to cash forecasting.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes, strengthen internal controls, and enhance the accuracy of financial records.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the operational accounting team, customer service, and various internal partners to ensure all transactions are recorded properly and that financial information flows efficiently between departments.

Who You Are:

  • Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of accounting experience, ideally with exposure to public accounting (audit) or a combination of public/private backgrounds. 
  • Technical Skills: Strong Excel capabilities (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems. Exposure to large ERP systems is a plus.

What Does This Position Pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors, including skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The range for this role is $90,000-$115,000 DOE. Please note these ranges are estimates, and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
