Senior Accountant | $50–$55/hr DOE | Contract (6 months) | Onsite, San Diego
Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant to support key financial initiatives including system implementations and IPO readiness. This role will help streamline month-end processes and bring added depth to the team. Who You Are:

• Experienced accounting professional with a strong understanding of month-end close processes
• Comfortable working with clinical trial accruals and related financial reporting
• Familiar with ERP systems, ideally NetSuite
• Able to step in and take ownership of tasks with minimal oversight
• Strong communicator with a proactive mindset

What You’ll Do:

• Support month-end close and financial reporting activities
• Assist with clinical trial accruals and related reconciliations
• Contribute to NetSuite implementation and system optimization
• Help prepare for IPO-related accounting and compliance tasks
• Take on responsibilities to reduce workload from senior leadership
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate and timely financial data
